Every other form of visioning asks you to imagine it. This one lets you watch it. Discipline was never the thing standing in your way.
Every other form of visioning asks you to imagine it. This one lets you watch it. Discipline was never the thing standing in your way. Now you get to build it without it costing you the life you're building it for.
You're successful. You're disciplined. You've built something most people don't. And it still doesn't feel like enough. There's always a next number, the win wears off in about a day, and somewhere along the way you decided that's just the price of building something.
So you've tried the fixes. Slowing down, gratitude, work-life balance, better systems, better podcasts, thinking more positively about it. And inside a week you're back in the same pattern, doing more, enjoying less, unable to turn it off in the one room where it costs you the most.
Awareness was never the problem. You're the most self-aware person you know. The problem is that awareness doesn't reach the part of you that's actually running the thing.
You're the creator. We help you see what's actually possible and build a vision of a life you'd love to live, not just a list of things you'd like to accomplish.
Seeing it in the now. You can't edit something you can only feel. Nobody has ever done this for you.
So the chance you don't make that future your reality goes way down.
A stool doesn't stand on one leg. Vision boards are leg one. Coaching without a clear target is leg three. Future Reel is the first time you get all three, together.
Your face. Your voice. Ten moments we map with you: not the milestones, the moment right after. The hands on the tie. The kid in the front row. The dinner afterward. Specificity is the point: researchers call this episodic future thinking: mentally experiencing a specific future event rather than describing a goal.*
That distinction has been studied. In published research, people who interacted with vivid renderings of their future selves made materially more future-oriented financial choices; a meta-analysis of 18 randomised studies found practising episodic future thinking shifted present-day behaviour, including food choices and how much people valued future rewards.
Your reel is built on that principle: repeated, emotionally specific rehearsal of a future you can see and feel, rather than a vision you rebuild from memory on a good day.
And you're not left alone with it. Every coaching session after the reel lands works the gap between the person on screen and the person you're being on a Tuesday. Behaviour follows identity. That's the half most visualisation practices skip, and it's where the change actually happens.

This is a bespoke process, not a product. Weeks of facilitated work go into excavating ten moments in the kind of detail nobody arrives with: the room, the people, what you're wearing, what you're feeling, who you've become by then. That detail is what your brain accepts as real, and it is why the coaching comes with it. Three parts, in this order.
Before you can film someone's future you have to find it, and you can't find it alone. Monika sits across from you and works our patent-pending Vision Mapping process. Over 100 hours went into testing the sequence of questions that reliably extracts the moment that actually moves you, and who you'd be standing in it. Trained facilitation, not a questionnaire.
Our team builds the film: five cinematic minutes, scripted in your own language, narrated in your own voice. It's you on screen, with the specific details you named. The room, the faces, what you're wearing, who's standing there. Not a fantasy. Closer to a memory of what you're already becoming.
The moment the reel is real, the old beliefs argue with it. The yeah-buts. The snap at your kids over emails that didn't matter. Somebody has to be in your ear every time that happens until the new version is the one who shows up under pressure. That's the six months, and it's why this isn't an AI video.
“I'm blown away. To see the dreams manifested, with Joey and Monika and the whole team behind it, you're able to really embody the vision. Talk about manifestation at a whole other level. You see it in your head, but it's different to see it on screen.”

Both doors include the coaching. That is the engine, not the extra. The founding rate is an exchange: you go all out, and you let us show what happened.
If after your first session it isn't the right fit, tell us and we'll refund your deposit in full.
The first five people from this retreat get an extra private session with both of us at the three-month mark. Deposits decide the order.
Register your interest as a founding client below. Our team will contact you personally within 48 hours to confirm your program and arrange your deposit.
We've got it. One of us, Joey or Monika, will reach out within 48 hours. Come find us this weekend if you want your spot locked sooner.
No. Anyone can make a video of themselves now. That part's getting easy. Before you can film someone's future you have to find it, and you can't find it alone. Vision Mapping is somebody trained sitting across from you, pulling out the moment that actually moves you, the words underneath it, and who you'd be standing in it. The film is what we do with that.
It doesn't replace anything you're doing: meditation, journalling, annual goals all stay. Think of it as the warm-up before the workout, or a daily practice that stands on its own. Either way, you never have to build the most important thing you own from scratch, on the spot, on a timer, ever again.
It will. That's why the Immersion includes an Expansion Edit: when the vision grows, we re-cut the reel. You can't edit something you can only feel. You can edit something you can watch. Most people surface something within weeks that was never on any list they'd written.
Future Reel Foundations runs three months. The reel itself takes roughly four to six weeks to architect and produce, and while our team is building it, you and Monika keep working through your Real Influence coaching sessions, five of them at about 90 minutes each. The Immersion is the same production timeline stretched over six months, with nine 90-minute sessions instead of five, plus Voxer access in between. Day to day, it's a few minutes each morning with your reel.
Yes, and for a room of couples it's the version we'd point you to. There are couples configurations that aren't on this page. Tell us on the call and we'll lay out what fits the two of you.
You already know what you want. This is the part where it stops living in your head and starts running in front of your eyes every morning. Put your name in and we'll take it from there.
